You may print out up to two copies for personal use (educators may contact me for permission to copy more for educational use) of any 'chapter' or 'book.' Users may also store copies in RSS readers (offline and online) and email clients. Podcasts can be stored on personal computers and audio players.

Users who post forum topics or comments that include any character or plot point not yet published will not hold the webmaster/author responsible, either criminally or financially, is said point is used in any published work.

Guild Membership
(Available mid 2008) Guild members are users who pay to support the site. As supporters, special considerations may be given. As such, Guild members are not to share or make available any 'product' not intended to non-paying supporters.

Guild memberships are for non-tangible goods and are non-refundable.

Fanfiction
Readers who create work based on Land of Midnight as fanfiction are welcome to do so as long as the following criteria is met.

1. A notice is included specifying that the work is based on and linked to http://landofmidnight.com and that the original work is copyright David Hodgkins should be visible such as
Based on Land of Midnight which is Copyright David Hodgkins

2. The work is not sold for profit and that the website is not an 'advertising' site.

3. May be published on sites that use Google Adsense, Text Links, Amazon Affiliate ads or any other 'generally acceptable' web advertisements.
